I still have yet to see anyone name a viable replacement who would be better than Richt is right now.

Ignore Saban and his success at Alabama - there is no Saban out there to go grab. We have been a consistent top-12 team for just about the entirety of Richt's tenure. With the strength of the SEC, lucky breaks are needed to win titles. That's all there is to it. Unless you are Alabama, you will get your shot every few years and need to capitalize. Staying strong enough to be in position every few years is half the battle though, and Richt has gotten us there.
