I've worn my N95 mask for several months. If I attended a football game I would wear my respirator and goggles. Go Dawgs.
Does your N95 have an exhale valve? Mine do. I wear them when I cut concrete at work. Had them for years. Have a stash in my truck. So if I have covid and I go somewhere wearing my n95 mask I’m just breathing covid our through the valve. You’re an idiot.

Why did they tell us not to wear masks at first?
Think for a second before asking a stupid question. It was because masks werent available. There was a shortage. Cant tell people to wear masks if there arent any masks.

"Can't get masks, don't panic, they don't work anyway, and even if they did work, can't get them so like whatever."

Edit: I'm trying to be less of a dick. So I'm deleting this. Even if Whiz really is an idiot.

They help cut down on the spread, it's why you're seeing a bunch of other countries having extremely few new cases. Do yall even look outside your bubble?

What's the testing per capita of those countries, and how does it compare to the US?
Most countries aren't testing asymptomatic people. The US is.

No, my N95 mask doesn't have a valve. My mask is the same one that COVID doctors at Phoebe Putney Hospital wear.

Testing or no testing, we are clearly fricking something up in the United States (hint: it’s the low percentage of testing and the refusal to wear masks). For example, Germany’s per-capita death rate is 1/4 of that of the United States. Oh, and Europe also has WAY more elderly people than the United States. So much winning, I’m getting sick of it!

I’m guessing other countries don’t count it as a COVID death unless they can directly link the virus to the reason the person died
Over 50% of all deaths have come from nursing homes

We have more Black people here Than Germany and they are much more disproportionately affected.

As of July 1, data published by the CDC shows that nearly 18 percent of COVID deaths are black Americans. Nearly 52 percent of deaths are whites. Those are a respective overrepresentation and underrepresentation, to be sure. But considering that blacks are only 13 percent of the total population, and whites are 62 percent, that math simply does not account for a QUADRUPLING of our per-capital death rate compared to certain European counties. Let me also remind you that a few counties, like South Korea, have effectively eliminated COVID.
But I do love your implication that our death rates are acceptable because the blacks are affected at a disproportionately higher rate.

Do you think sending covid patients not needing hospitalization back to their nursing homes impacted the fatality rate?
States like NY and MI with their death camp policies regarding nursing homes decimated the most vulnerable communities and skewed the fatalities.

Thanks for the correction
I had a brainfart on Mayes.
Warren Ericson was my surprise starter on the OL.
Edit to add: I dont remember what thread that was in. I think it was on the rant regarding Salyer. I remembered after I posted and may have edited it already (not sure). I still disagree that Salyer is the player that would cost us the most wins if we were without him.

Belgium, Spain, Italy, Sweden, France, and the UK are certain European countries that have a HIGHER per capita death rate than the US.
Amazing how some will 'cherry pick' in an attempt to make the US look bad.

We were (and are) testing dead bodies for covid. Europe was not.

These dipshit evil pieces of shite were screaming at the top of their lung "we are way behind in testing! look at other countries! They are testing way more than us!"
Then we start testing more than everyone else, by alot, and we detect more cases, and their story is that we are a shite show.
They aren't stupid. They are intellectually dishonest pieces of human garbage.

Yeah, and 99% of the cases are totally harmless, right moron?
