Were they ready for the NFL?

No. None of them were.

Mitchell has shown the ability to be a huge threat, and can be a top three round pick, but he has to show that he is healthy before a team picks him.

Floyd has all the ability in the world, but he really wasnt that great this year. He definitely had his moments, but he was also non-existent for a long stretch of time. He really needs to get his weight up. He is probably playing at a weight that is less than 230 pounds, and that isnt going to work at the next level, Even smaller guys like Von Miller and Bruce Irvin were in the high 230s or low 240s when they were drafted. If Floyd comes back and puts on around 10 pounds, and has a good season, then he should be a lock for a first round pick in 2016.

Jenkins really isnt anything special for the next level. He is a good college player, but he doesnt possess the quickness or power that is needed to be a good to great player at the next level. He probably could have been a third or fourth round pick this year, but he probably would have washed out of the league quickly. He can come back, and get stronger. Its doubtful that he gets much quicker, but the added strength could propel him into a solid role in the NFL.

Where does this leave LoZo? Could he possibly beat out Floyd and Jenkins for a starting job?

Not only great news for next season but even better news for the season after next. Another season for some young talent to be groomed by seasoned leadership and another year to learn their role without the pressure of having to be perfect on every snap. This could mean the beginning of a long series of good defenses at UGA and you can win a lot of games if you have a defense that can get the other team off the field at least a couple of times in 4 quarters. GO DAWGS!!!

Floyd tore both his labrums this year and will probably have to have surgery after the bowl game. Wouldn't be ready for draft. Don't believe me. You'll find out sometime in January.

Likely will be the same set up they had this year: Zo and JJ rushing on the edge and Floyd switching back to play the Star. That personnel package caused teams fits this year when we ran it.

Always a plus retaining experienced players. I just hope Mitchell can finally have a healthy season.

Truer words... We've never seen an entire season with a fully-powered MM26.

Apparently Jenkins hasn't officially decided yet. His father said they are waiting on a draft grade, but his chances of returning are around 75%.

Jenkins has more going for him in the league than Jarvis Jones did and probably any of our current linebackers.

Tired of hearing about him, to be honest.
