So you are like 95% of the UGA fan base, as long as they win 9-10 games a year and go to the toilet bowl you are happy

You guys are so on point, we will never win a BCS as long as Richt is at the helm, and the fan expectations aren't great enough to change that. Somethin has got to give though, it's the same shite every single year, can't win the BIG games and never will.

I know you don't like Richt. that's ok. He's not for everybody. But, I am curious...who do you think Georgia should haire? Who do you think would bring Georgia up to the next level. Ok....but you can't just throw a name out there. It has to be somebody that would reasonably come.

In other words, Chip Kelly is not leaving the Eagles this year to come to Georgia...or next. Saban is not leaving Alabama to come here. So, who is your pick?

And you are like the other 5%? You have forgotten where we were? Winning 6-7 games a year? Who do you think Georgia should hire? Somebody that can bring us to the Natty and win. Somebody willing to leave their current program to come here.....who meets those criteria?

I have forgot nothing and I cant say I know of anyone that UGA could get, but I do know if they really wanted someone they have the money to go get him. CMR is paid a hell of a lot of money and he cant get passed a damn toilet bowl every year, yes they should hire someone that can win an NC. Isnt that what you want? I dont think you do, you are one of the 95% who are happy with a damn toilet bowl

Charlie Strong, John Gruden (not happening), Kirby Smart, Chris Peterson, hell, even Heinz Ward!

No. Not really. We tried to get Kirby Smart as Defensive Coordinator, remember? he wouldn't come. Believe and be run off by fair weather fans.

Crap, Murray threw for 323 yards and ran for a TD and people on here are crucifying him and saying he lost the game. Our Offense put up 550 yards total offense and people are talking like we didn't have an offense.

Richt hasn't brought us to TWO straight SEC East Championship games? Oooook. Had we NOT gone to the SECCG last year, and Florida had gone...guess what? We would have gone to the Sugar Bowl and Florida would have gone to the "Toilet" bowl. Now I am going to ask you one more question. Would you prefer to play for the SEC Championship and a chance at the National Championship ...or play in the Sugar Bowl?

Charlie Strong is a good choice, but I honestly don't think he would leave Louisville.

John Gruden...you admit he is not coming.

Kirby Smart...turned us down once. He is not coming. Besides, he is unproven. Never been a Head Coach. You have no idea how he would do.

Peterson has already said he is staying at Boise. He is NOT going anywhere.

Heinz Ward? really? What makes you think he would be an even average coach? no experience. I'm guessing because...you like him and he went to Georgia? Wow. Wasn't that the criteria we hired Ray Goff on?

Not really but I am objective enough to recognize that winning a NC is just part of the total picture. CMR is not far from being a championship coach. There's 2 things he needs to do to get there: recruit better linemen and better overall team discipline.

I havent said one word about Murray and how I thought he played last night, I thought we were talking about CMR? What the hell does Fla have to do with how I feel about CMR? I could care less what toilet bowl Fla or any other team goes to.
The fact is CMR cant and will not ever win an NC while he is at UGA. He has took them as far as they will go. If you dont ever change something how in the hell are you going to know if you can do better?
Yes I would like to see UGA play for an NC,but you im not so sure of, get ready for another toilet bowl this year

Ok. So the Sugar Bowl is not good enough for you. I get that.

So, what coach do you recommend we get? You are ready to fire Richt. Who do you propose we replace him with that will get us to the next level? I am curious, because I keep asking all of you who want to fire him, and so far nobody can come up with one name that would actually come to Georgia and leave their current position.

So. Do we just fire Richt and hope? Or do you have somebody in mind?

No its not, not when UGA should be wanting more than just a taste of sugar. They should want a damn NC. The sugar is ok with you, you dont want a NC, ok fine. I guess your memory isnt very good as I have already said I dont know of anyone that may or may not come to UGA, but fact is you dont know who will or will not come.As I said UGA has the money they just have to be willing to spend it. And I would rather try something else than stay and just be a toilet bowl team every year, but as long as you are fine with it I guess its ok

Peterson would jump on the UGA job like Fat Phil on a donut. Strong would take a dump on the alumni donors table at their dinner and say "I just accepted the UGA job, peace I’m outta here".
The head coach at UGA is one of the most desirable jobs in all of college football. UGA admin has made a few shatty hires, Goff, Donnan and Richt. They could pull who they wanted the next time. Also Tennessee’s problem is their athletic program is broke. The UGA program has a surplus of $70,000. In 04 Ufag could’ve stuck with Zook but they went after a mid major coach with habits of winning, won 2 titles. Richt was an OC before he took the job and has been in over his head ever since. Time for change. I've been saying this since 2006!

Some of you guys are the worst possible types of fans. You get on here and complain after one Saturday. It was a great game between two great teams. Someone was going to lose, did we mio opportunities, sure. But the season is not over. Look at the past , one loss is not the end , everything is out there still. If you you were going to lose a game , isn't this the one. Out of conference , next week is more important. Look at the teams this past week, do really think USC, LSU, UF is better than UGA. If i you think so , you did not watch them play. I think Clemson is with out a doubt the best offense will play , and we almost won playing how mant true freshman this week, the will be better next. The most a tam grows is between week 1 and 2.

Those of you who want Richt fired , just don't like him. You hate the fact he puts Faith and Family first, you hate that he doesn't cut corners, everything and anything to win. That's fine, it's your opinion. But is prefer you find a different team , because you do nothing to help UGA by being this way. And you clearly need perspective on life.

This season is not over and I still believe things are in front us.

Its got nothing to do with losing the game last night. I have been saying for 5-6 years now CMR should have been fired.
I have nothing against CMR other than the fact I know UGA will never win an NC as long as he is here.He was brought here to win a NC, its been what now 12-13 years?
What makes you think I or anyone else here hates the fact that he puts his family and faith first? Hell thats the one thing I admire him for. But again he was brought here to win a NC and is paid good money to do it. If I or you failed at your job we would have been fired long ago

Where did I call anyone out specifically, I'm just frustrated with those fans that I've encountered that feel this way. And those are out there. They don't support the program , they just complain about anything and really and truly just don't like Richt and irritates them every time talks about how good a man and coach he is. There is still plenty if time, and no one knows he can't get it done. I think we are on a much better path than a few years ago and CMR has changed and is getting better. The one thing to me that gets me is how so many UGA fans , compare him to coaches who have won but forget how long and how many jobs it took them to get there.

Well lets see, didnt
Nick pick one up at LSU in less than 12 years, then
didnt he pick up a few more at Ala in less than 12 years?

Les M. didnt he pick one up AT LSU in less than 12 years?

Gene C. at Auburn didnt he pick one up in less than 12 years?

Urban M at Fla didnt he pick one up in less than 12 years?

That's true, all of them got a title around their 10-11 yr of being a head coach, excluding Chizick.

But they are the exception, lets go hire one of them.

Gene C needs a job, you really want him.
And with the exception to Les not one has showed any loyalty to any fan base or job, they are hired guns.

Tell me who you can Guarantee will win a NC. You can't. Because at some point you need luck. And other than Saban and Chixick in 2009 & 2010 , they got it.

Bama was an over turned play last year (Stanford/Oregon) from not getting in. And the year before took a 3 overtime loss by OKst and a all day lobbing job on gameday from not getting in.

Richt just has not gotten that luck. There have been 3 seasons out of 12 that that's all that was needed , Luck.
