I know this is a recruiting subject, but it's a slow news.........year.

We have opportunities to flip several players, who've committed to other schools, in the upcoming weeks. How often does it work out that a commit flips and does really well at the school they flip to? Is it a character flaw to commit and renege? It's one thing to de commit or transfer after a coach leaves or a player has family issues, etc. but this committing and reneging thing seems to be more and more prevalent.

These are 17-18 year old kids arguably making the most important decisions of their lives, so I can forgive some indecisiveness.

However, I will say that prima donnas who just "commit" to whoever gives them attention shouldn't be glanced.

Marcus Stroud, Fred Gibson and Gerald Anderson were all flips who did very well.

More currently, David Marshall and Riley Ridley just had good freshman seasons and look to have stellar careers going forward.

Not only should we not take any flips, but we should send them to one of those political dissident camps Hillary was setting up. That'll learn'em.

Wasn't Roquan Smith a flip from UCLA? Yeah, I think we should keep him.

Not one of our flips but I'm pretty sure Alabama doesn't regret flipping Reuben Foster, Auburn tattoo and all

Who was the ol we flipped from UK a few years ago? Kendarius or something. He worked. So did Dan Inman, Tim Jennings, among others.

You may want this thread deleted.

Kenarius Gates. He played all 4 years for us (no redshirt).

Do I wish we had someone better than him starting? Absolutely. But he was a damn good dawg and we would have been much worse off without him.

Isaac Nauta - at one time an FSU commit. Even so, I really think we should keep him.
