that's what it all boils down to IMO. Nobody is saying fox is total garbage, it's just that we can do better.

No he's not. The extended fox's deal in 2015 and th layout decreases every year.

No there is to much going on in recruiting and I think they'd let it be known if he were on any sort of proverbial hot seat. Also, if they fire him now instead of next year or the year after the buyout is much higher in comparison.
The buyout is tiered based on how many years he has left. I could be wrong but I think it's 1.7 million.

He's like 37th overall...barely outside of the 5 star crowd. Terrible signing. Harrick wouldn't have ever allowed a player like that in one of his signing classes.

He is good but not worth keeping an average coach for. If he turns out as good as yante, i will be surprised.
