What a limp dicked way to finish this game. I don't care that it was a good game for most of the way, I'm mad at all of these guys and Fox. Especially because we;re going to go to Auburn and lose on Saturday

Tonight's lesson is when you have a chance to put a good team away, you have to do it. If you don't, you'll pay for it. That possession when it was 62-56 with under 5 to go and Mann handed the ball to UK in the paint was the chance to close the game. That sequence completely changed momentum and UGA never recovered.

This ending just pisses me off so much. You would never have thought UGA was the team that had nothing to lose. They played with no fear the whole game until winning time, and they just froze.
ETA: and UGA's going to have a timeout left at the end. Probably should have used that during that stretch

Mann got fouled on that play, but I know what you're saying. Gaines' stupid foul on the other end, and our missed FTs cost us.

Microcosm of the season - kind of. Inexplicably stupid - unforced - play by veterans at the end of games. Weird, but it's almost like we force ourselves to play bad at the end to make sure we have a chance to lose every game.
