No setup...and since when the frick were you timid?!?! If you want access to another team's board, you post a new thread (scroll down the help board and you'll see.)
The post you put in the sticky thread was for posters who just joined the secrant. They post in that sticky thread to get access to team boards for their newly created accounts.
