I've thought of rating the all time top 25 before. I considered ranking Georgia between 8-12 but would then remember other teams.
Georgia is ranked 15th which I think is about right.
I think Ohio State is a little overrated. I'd have Alabama and Notre Dame 1 and 2. Penn State seems underrated.

Interesting looking at teams like Texas that aren't that good now but all time is a different story. Back in the day Notre Dame got the best players from across the country every year they should have won more.

FSU is the most impressive on the list. Program didn't start until 1947.
