If 3AM is the Witching Hour, 11PM is the "83Dawg Asking The Board To Find Something" hour.

Kirby sounds like he knows what needs to be done to build a successful program. This 2016 recruiting class will be a special one.

Maybe this is just the kool-aid talking but...does anyone else get a vibe of competence off Kirby that was missing from Richt pressers the past decade or so?

Absolutely without a doubt. He's see first hand how to build champions,in every aspect of the game, and he really wants to be included too

CKS had me on board when he started with the building of the O and D lines to win in the SEC-talk. Everything else was just icing.

That was the 2nd time he'd mentioned that. First at his hiring press conference and then again this week. I agree, it's the foundation of a winning program.

True story. Never really seemed like a priority for CMR. And, it got to the point that you could almost make his post game press conferences for him. I am so glad that I never have to hear him say "we had a good week of practice. We prepared well...we've just got to execute better".

Never is probably a bit of an overstatement. This article does a great job at breaking down the difference between 2001-2007 Richt vs. 2008-2015 Richt: LINK
