Chubb has quietly surpassed Knowshon for 5th all time.

As of today he is sitting at 2,880 yards for his career. Needs to get to 3,286 to pass Gurley for 2nd. Needs 406 more yards to do it.

He will definitely pass Lars Tate at #4 with 3,017 barring any unforeseen mishaps. Will need to get to 3,233 to pass Hearst at #3.

I hope that we somehow get a glimpse of the old Chubb here the last half of the season.

I'm with you, man. He seems to have lost just a touch of the quickness....which is normal for his type of injury. Most agree it will return, though, and if it does, we could see a turnaround in the whole team.

If anyone deserves to reach #2 on that list, it's Chubb.

Florida and Auburn have very good front 7's. It can be done and should be done, but it won't be easy.

If his shoe came off it would look just like his run against Clemson.

Would be crazy to be able to say our 2nd and 3rd leading rushers in school history were on the same team.

And kind of depressing cause of the no 'ships, injuries, and suspensions

In all fairness, Gurley's Freshman year, we were the closests we've been since Herschel. Not sure if it matters. We would have decimated ND.

I think we are struggling with big uglies at DT.
We are too lean at C, especially, and guard to manipulate and move those 315+ guys.

Wasn't it Pruitt that wanted a smaller, faster OL and started slimming guys down?

That is unreal considering he backed up TG3 and blew out his knee in the 4th game of his soph year. He's a special dude.

It is very depressing. We've had Gurley, Chubb, and Michel.....Stafford and AJ...Murray setting all time SEC records....Ogletree, JMFJ, Floyd, Jenkins and God knows how many other NFL caliber guys and other great college players.

No hardware for 10 years. Great defense? Offense sucks. Offense setting records? Defense sucks. Got a great team on both side? We drop a couple of head scratchers and don't make it.

The Georgia way.

I don't think there's anything wrong with Chubb. Predictable play calling and a crap O- line are to blame. After the first three games Chubb lead the nation with yards after contact. 234 of his first 302 were after contact. Someone give him a fricking hole to run through and don't shove him up the middle on every first and second down while 12 men are in the box.

I wish Chubb only the best but at this point I would think that his main focus is staying healthy in preparation for a successful career in the NFL. Unfortunately for UGA many of our best athletes over the years have not been on field or 100% for various reasons during their college careers at Georgia which in part explains the perception that UGA underachieves compared to our recruiting rankings.
