It was a good run. Priorities have changed now though since my streak has ended, there's not near as much 'obligation' to go everywhere. Hell there's probably a few home games I won't even go to this year, I'd rather just save the money and get drunk on the couch instead.

Seriously. I have tickets to all home games this year and depending on what happens with work I plan to go to most but now that I am down with school I have a lot of desire to watch some games on TV. See more, less tiring, and get to watch a helluva lot more games.

It's been great going to most games every season but some of my favorite weeks have been bye weeks because I can watch all the games. I have missed a lot of good football.

What do yall think our turnout was in Tempe? I know it was absurdly high but I've seen very different estimates. (You can go either in stadium or total Dawgs that traveled out there)

I bet after we play them in their stadium, the merchants will want us back, but the football fans WILL NOT!

Well considering our scorched-earth policy I am not sure any of them will ever want us back. Don't get me started on the anger drawn from the Prima Nocte policy...

I hope that 40 years from now, some old grandpa in an indiana nursing home has his little grandson up on his knee telling football stories from his youth, and I'm the reason why he tells little billy that UGA fans are the worst fans he's ever met in his entire life.

Don't count on this game happening.

Notre Dame still has 3 years to chicken out.

Jesus, some of our fans are a freakin embarrassment
on the road...kinda funny to talk about but seeing it in person and having to be associated with these freakin rubes (who never stepped foot in a UGA classroom)is a completely different story.

Ummm...actually it's the ones that have the money and ability to make these road trips that are some of our best fans.

Yes, I've been on several (most recently '12 in Mizzou)and have witnessed it first hand.Did not go to Arizona but did make the trip to Boulder.

I said "some" and the very worst I encountered were at the Missouri game...perhaps they made a bus trip or something but I highly doubt they ever stepped on the campus as a student.

Interesting. To each his own, obviously you have your own personal experiences and I have mine.

From my vantage point, it's more of a middle aged, has a little money, make a mini-vacation type of crowd that goes on all these long away trips. I mean consider round trip airfare, 2 or 3 nights in a hotel, rental car for 2 or 3 days, going out to eat every night, going to bars, food and booze for the game, game tickets, etc...you're looking at at least a grand for the trip. I don't really see any of the gomer pyle redneck type fans doing all that.

Like a said maybe they chartered a bus or something they were pretty young (mid 20's maybe)

But have seen people that appeared to have money make complete asses of themselves. Not a majority by any means.

Really pissed me off at the Mizzou game because most of their fans went way out of their way to show us hospitality. Every time I turned around they were handing us food or beer.

In '12 we flew into St. Louis on Thur. went to a Cards game Fri. night (vs Brewers), drove to CoMo. for the UGA-MU game on Sat. night, drove from CoMo to Kansas City Sun. morning (2-hr drive) & watched the Falcons-Chiefs game at Arrowhead... Flew back to Atl. on Mon... Hella long weekend, took me until Thur. to recuperate...
