From a roster perspective, we seem heavier (numbers) at wDE/OLB than last season (2 more guys by my count).

We also have 2 more guys at TE/WR.

(These positions blend a bit. Should Woerner classify as a TE or WR? Are Ojilari, Cox, and Beal all practicing with the OLBs such as D'Andre Walker, Hunter, Grant, Anderson, and Quay Walker? )

If there is any future movement regarding current roster players, these are the positions to most likely consider.

I would imagine DT is the only position we could say we're pressed to find some elite talent at.

Everywhere else, just keep doing what you're doing and get what you want, when you want it.

I think the only negatives the last day and a half have been the fact that you and that DaWG idiot post on here.

I think someone stole DD22's login. He has been ornery the last 2 days.

Didn't Kirby say he sees Reese as making the Safety position bigger?

And isn't Joseph a CB?

Reese is possibly going to be another Ogletree. Early playing time at safety as he grows into his frame at ILB later in his career.

I show Joseph as a CB, too.

All the recruiting services has him listed as an OLB. That is what I based the roster on. I can see him fitting in the mold of Ogletree, but Reese is a bit taller and leaner.

I love the story of Cade Mays going into every game wanting to make opposing DL players hate football and rethink their life decisions.

In an interview, Kirby mentions him at safety.
Prior to signing day, Seth Emerson also hinted at his versatility saying he could be safety, star, or OLB (he played safety for his high school team, too, according to Emerson).

Yes the plan is for Reese to be a safety. He's much more naturally lean that ogpetree. I mean coming out of high school you could tell tree was going to grow. Reese is just a thinner guy. And more athletic imho. I watched several of his highlight reels and he lined up as a box safety usually and quite a few times as slot corner and looked much more gifted in coverage than tree. Really excited about him

He's more like JHC than Ogletree physically.
