It's Stevens

That would be a great pull at this juncture. I like him a lot.

I just saw it on another board. It may not be him.

I'm worried about Stevens. I feel like Bama is more involved than is being let on

I think we widened the lead

It did. Xavier Jenkins lower rated than Xavier McKinney by the recruiting sites.

I won't be expecting it to remain that way

Same. We would have to close with pretty much everyone we're "in" for to stay ahead and even that might not be enough.

hasn't he said it's au/lsu/uga in his top 3? I may be misremembering that.

I just don't know where the bama worry is coming from.

Yes. That's exactly why I'm worried

ehhh, I'm not too worried about it. He's been considered pretty darn solid to us for a while now, I don't think anything has changed drastically.

and jacoby doesn't seem like the will ignont type that has us as a leader one week then not even make the final cut the next. If JS really likes bama, you'd think he would just come out and say they're near the top.

To be more detailed in my stance, I pretty much never pay attention to what recruits say in interviews.

The consistent stance from 247 staff has been that both Alabama and Clemson have made a move recently. Them being left out of a supposed top 3 raises red flags for me. I'd love to be way off.

At least I didn't predict Chris Weinke as our new OC

Alabama is the only team in the world that can lose a 4 star safety and the next day be in the discussion for a 5 star....in this case Jacoby Stevens. Trips me out how they get so many decommits and 4 and 5 stars are almost waiting in line to get into their class. Must be nice.

I don't think Stevens is going to be in town this weekend.

As of now, I think this is correct. His most recent comments indicated that he was unlikely to travel the remainder of the month. That may change of course, but he'd referenced taking time to finalize his thoughts and make a decision without too much interference/distraction.

Looks like he had an injury at a recent 7 on 7 this weekend too. Doesn't sound bad, but might play into him not coming as well if he can't participate fully.

I don't remember seeing that one. Who did that? Is it too late to give them crap? I seem to remember somebody making some seemingly wild predictions, but can't put the handle with the prediction.

The name Kirby Smart's Camp isn't close to being as compelling as "Dawg Night." The name should be about the school, not the HC.

Kirby doesn't need to change everything--just the bad stuff like he seems to be doing.

We're not doing the huge Dawg Night anymore. We're going small and trying to get more friendly with the recruits.

Like it or not, Dawgnight was becoming too big for its own good. We had a record showing last year and, yet, a small number of commits relative to the talent that showed up. Bama doesn't do a Roll Tide Night or anything and they come out more than fine. I'm cool with a weekend of just Kirby Smart Camp
