Honestly I think/hope it's just a post-visit high from Saban visiting him. He's in that group of uncommitted guys that I've just assumed are all UGA like Holloman and Herring were. Still could be something to watch though.

Yes losing Gibbs would be massive blow to this class. We need tall elite athletes in the secondary and he has leaning to UGA for months now.

I think Saban landed a helicopter at Gibb's High school or some shite. But I truly believe Gibbs is a dawg and has been for a while. Until I see the 247 mods saying he might not sign with UGA, then Im going to continue to assume he is headed this way.

This pretty much sums it up. Mansell is as connected to Georgia HS football as anyone and until I hear him say he no longer expects Gibbs to be a Dawg, I'm sticking with it.

Rivals said if the announcement were today/yesterday, Gibbs would be going to Bama. Really need a solid weekend to turn the momentum around.

Yes... the recruiting website, that is generally known for their ridiculous optimism, which makes this even more concerning.

This upcoming quiet period is gonna suck... Rumors running rampant, class is starting to fall apart, long time silents supposedly bolting, etc. etc...

Happens every year, just like clockwork.
One of our commits/leans will visit the week or two before the dead period and all we're hear about is how we've lost them and our staff is clueless. It's a magical time of year.
