Winners. Pruitt flips winners. Everyone else is a loser.

It seems like half our class was flipped from someone

Realistically who do we sign at DB and OLB in this class? The McFadden ship has sailed imo and I would've thought that Jackson would've already pulled the trigger if he wanted to. OLB looks to be the dame. I think the fact that we're pursuing Key again says that we don't believe we'll land Sweat and everything that I'm hearing is that Walker wants to play end. Other then those mentioned who do we have a legitimate shot at for those positions?

Can't say I understand this mentality. Couldn't the same be said for LSU?

OLB
Have Patrick and McCrae (likely OLB) on board. Pursuing Sweat, Walker, and Key.

DB
Abram, Roundtree, Williams, Wilson, Baker committed. Still pursuing Jackson, McFadden, McGraw, Harrison, Martin, Jarvis Wilson, Briscoe, etc. Your guess is as good as mine.

It just seems like he's cooled down a bit on us. Others are suggesting that lsu is trending at the moment. Is he an EE?

Maybe a little bit, but that's not that surprising given how much easier it is to visit LSU games. Now that we're into OVs and in-homes, it should balance out a bit. All the info out there suggests it's still neck-and-neck. UGA couldn't ask to be in much better shape with him after the season, imo. Get him back on campus, remind him why he fell in love with Georgia in the first place, close the deal.

No

Rusty has dropped a few nuggets tonight. He is saying that Darius Slayton will potentially announce this week. Also, Miss St. commit, S Jarvis Wilson is 50/50 right now between UGA and Miss St. right now.

I haven't been following recruiting much this year, just noticed our commitment from Abram. I try not to get caught up in the race, but he seems very lightly recruited. So I looked at his videos on Hudl and didn't see much that warranted an offer. Was he super impressive in camp or something?

Can anybody with a rivals account summarize their latest article on Josh Sweat? Radi said good and bad.

Which video did you watch?

Oh I agree. Very happy with this class even if we only land a few more. Really would like to keep going and get some dudes like Sweat

His senior highlights. I just went back and read the earlier comments about Abrams in this thread. Sounds like the coaches really like him. It wouldn't be the first time I've totally misjudged a recruiting video.

I don't know what to tell you. I'll just trust the coaches since their jobs are on the line

Yeah, that's usually the way I take it. I just saw the name and looked at his offer list, and wasn't blown away by the video. I figured Pruitt must have seen more of this guy than just a recruit package.

Put it this way. UGA wouldn't have gone to Mississippi to go after someone they thought was an average safety.

Per Rivals, before his visit, we were 3rd for Sweat behind FSU and VT. Now we're tied at the top.
