I'm drunk but listen... It'd be so damn funny after seeing all these high school highlight videos that you click on one badass kid and instead of some angry rap song it's this -

He's OVing to FSU for their ND game next weekend.

I really think we ought to consider bringing him in for an OV on the bye week before UF. Otherwise we're giving FSU a big advantage with him committing on 10/31. His family has never been to UGA

Those with connections should HIGHLY suggest this.

Or send Sony and Isiah down to Miami during the bye week to do some recruiting. If he comes here, those two will play a big part.

We've got to get his family in Athens. The friend card only goes so far.

I think McFadden himself is a lean to Georgia, but his family is a heavy lean to FSU. TMac isn't the one we need to sell. We need to get his family out of FSU's corner

FSU is the only place he has gone on an official visit to, right?

Is there a particular reason he set his announcement for Oct 31? If I remember right, didn't he set it after his unofficial to Athens for the Clemson game?

Just seems odd to set announcement without taking other officials too.

It's the only place he has scheduled an OV. As far as I know he hasn't actually taken an OV anywhere yet. If we can convince he and his parents to make the trip to Athens during our by e week, that should tell you all you need to know. If we can't it's probably going to end up 60-40 in favor of FSU.

"It was between this game and the Army game and I told Under Armour I would love to be in their game because I did their combine and liked the way they run things. I'm glad I just have the opportunity to be in such an elite all-star game.”

Since switching his commitment to Georgia, Ledbetter admits his recruitment has slowed somewhat, but that several schools, including the school he had been committed to, continue to recruit him.

"Alabama has still kept in contact with me,” Ledbetter said. “Coach [Lance] Thompson came by to see me like two or three weeks ago. We just kind of talked and he told me they were still going to recruit me and try to get me there. Florida, Miami, Ole Miss, Auburn and schools like that have been talking to me. They've been checking in.

"I'd say I'm 100 percent, 110 percent

McFadden

Well this has certainly been a crazy, roller-coaster ride. First it was FSU, then Georgia and now back to FSU. His family feels very comfortable with FSU and Charles Kelly. Jeremy Pruitt at Georgia has also made a strong push. While it's still a close battle, the 'Noles feel very good about where they stand. Probably aiding that feeling is the fact that McFadden will take his official visit to Florida State next weekend for the Notre Dame game and his family will attend that visit as well. Also a note of importance is that his family didn't accompany him on that trip to Georgia.

Edit: they also feel pretty good about flipping Fitzpatrick from Bama
