South Carolina just took Mon Denson as a second RB. Could push Ty'Son Williams to UGA.

Yeah that happened fast. I guess it's Mark Walton or bust unless we open it back up with someone else

Yeah or Johnny Frazier I guess. I'm really not comfortable skipping a class with RBs. They get hurt too often.

We need to find someone who's not afraid of the depth chart, which is turning out to be difficult to do.

Can't really blame a kid... I'd hate to skip a year at RB too, but if we take one I'd like quality or versitality over just a warm body...

If there's ever a year to slowly back away at RB it's for '15. Imma guessing a lot will have to do with how the injury situation plays out this fall & how So-Nic look coming offa the bench...

I don't blame them, it's just the reality that we sort of need to find a guy that just doesn't give a frick

The problem arises if more than just Gurley leaves after this year. If Marshall also goes pro and/or Turman transfers, then we'll be pretty light on depth.

Agreed... hopefuly all that kinda drama will play out over the season & we'll have a pretty good handle on where we stand 6-8 weeks before NSD. If we have a good year & more spots beside Gurley open up, I'd hope we could swing a quality backup RB before NSD...

Why did Dukes change his last name to Bing-Dukes???

He obviously is not aware of the hyphenated last name curse

With Taylor being gone, I'm kind of hoping Gaillard comes in in some kind of decent shape to provide some depth on the interior DL.

Probably a false hope - but I am hopin'.

interior line depth

I to hope Gaillard is ready to go, but it feels like they may move Drew inside to provide depth as well.

Given that Gilliard's stock collapsed last yr because he couldnt plat 3 downs in a row I wouldn't hold out hope that he comes in ready to go.

Didn't he go from top 10 nationally to outside the top 100??

Gaillard's at 305 per UGA, which is a lot better than the 335 he was as a senior in HS

When Gaillard had less weight, he was a beast. He had some of the best Junior film of a H.S. interior Dlineman I have ever seen.

But yeah, his Senior year?

So i live in knoxville and on the radio this a.m the convo was less than stellar with a bunch of peeeps that dont know what flouride is used for saying that richt wont win a natty and is on the downhill of his career and thats why we cant recruit. I feel better about the next two classes than any ive seen in a while. Heres to hoping we stomp tennessees tooth out......with a hobnailed boot.

How in the frick can anyone take a vol fan seriously when it comes to discussing what makes a successful football program at this current point in time? Our season completely collapsed in on Richt and Co. last year and Tennessee would've killed for a season like we had (y'know - a bowl game).
