We've got some power in this lineup. If McGovern can figure out how to consistently hit into the short porch, we'll be very dangerous at home.

That was huge to get out of that jam. Sosebee is going to be spent by the 5th inning, but the way our bullpen has been going I'm ok with that.

McGovern, I told ya. He's a freshman and he's already figuring out how to abuse that right field. If he goes the way of Poythress and learns to pepper old Kudzu Hill, he'll be great these next few years.

As for the team as a whole, this is like watching a mid-2000's UGA team again. Any guy on this lineup seems able to deliver a big hit at any time and the pitching overall has been very solid.
And when the weather improves and the crowds start coming back to Foley like the good ole days, then you'll see Foley get Phase II of its expansion...

Umps screw us again, punch out Bowers on a 3-2 pitch outside. Bowers was on his way to first to load the bases when the call came to end the inning.

The whole stadium looks stellar now. Will look even better when they expand down the lines.
If they'll move the scoreboard to left center and extend the right field deck along the wall for more people to gather as free standing room only, it'll make ours one of the nicest and most unique parks in the country.

I honestly agree with the ump after the latest camera views. Damn that was as close a call I've ever seen in my life
