The recruiting thread evolved into bickering and nonsense two months ago to the point that arguably this boards best poster tmc quit posting over here. My post that has your panties in a knot was just a continuation of that.
The best thing to do would be start a new one with some ground rules and try to get tmc back.
This board was great a year ago but we do have a lot of new posters that didn't understand where the rant ends and tArk begins when they started posting over here.

We just need to do a better job on policing the bullshite.
I can make threads all day about how people should post on here so that it doesn't turn into TA but I'm neither an admin or one of our main posters. It needs to be from one of the two.

He's easily the best poster on this entire site, not just this board. if you think him not stooping to the lower level of this board means he's on a high horse then idk what to tell you.
