How many baseball titles would you trade for our 1939 title?

Our only rival in the thin.skinned department is LSU. They are just like us. We are so alike that we have been going at eachother to the point where everyone else on tRant not affiliated with A&M or LSU is munching popcorn waiting on the game in November. The only difference is that there are so many of them on tRant that they're easy to jimmy rustle. For the most part, we are all keep it under control, but yes, we are thin skinned.

Agreed. Both have some of the best fans in college football and some of the worst internet posters. I think aTm suffers from not playing Texas yearly and needs someone to hate on.

Yeah we are an easy bunch to get get stirred up. Glad to have you as part of the conference. Its what makes the SEC special, we are all our own brand of fanatical. My 11 year old son finds aTm fans a bit of an enigma. At the game this past year he remarked about how nice all the aTm fans were while tailgating. Yet he hears so much talk about how much aTm fans hate LSU.

I think college football won't exist in ~20 years due to health issues, and our cathedral to college football will look absolutely ridiculous, but then again we won't be alone there. I can't think of anything else...we know who we are and we generally don't give a shite

We'll just use them for soccer. The real football.

Then all other college sports won't exist. It's the only real revenue generator that pays for all the other non revenue sports.

Soccer has concussion issues now too due to headers. Not only heading the ball itself, but head-to-head collisions while mutually going for headers.

Case in point: The midair collision between Morgan Brian and Alexandra Popp that left both players bleeding on the field in the US/Germany game last week.

Daughter once told me after a tough game, "Ya know, I used to be smart", half-joking.

Soccer isn't nearly as brutal as football but anybody who thinks it's "soft" hasn't watched much soccer.
