Your mentioning aggyark more than once prompted me to look it up. It expires in March. Cost is trivial, but I wondered if it was worth the bother. I think you just answered that.

It's godaddy so it's cheap - I think $10/year. I have no idea how to start the trademark process. LegalZoom, maybe? Maybe an Aggie shyster lawyer can provide guidance.

It's like $300 to file a trademark without help if I remember correctly.

Done deal. Just have to wait 3 business days before we can legally use the TM symbol, assuming it goes through. And then all your base will belong to us.

So it's now trademarked and domain is secured for another year all we need now is the Google machine and some ads then profit.
I suggest all profits go into a slush fund for recruits or just throw one helluva tailgate once a year
