One guy no one has mentioned is Carson.

He is the only one besides Gray to reach 1000 yards rushing (RB only).

The guys I considered at RB were Gray, Michael, Carson and Malena. Carson would have been a good compliment to a back like Gray but was forced into the role he played this year

Exactly. It's atrocious. I think I'm being overly optimistic, but I hope Tyrel Dodson changes all of that.

I think it's just the way Carson got there. Very unassuming. He didn't frequently truck people, he was incapable of breaking of big runs, but he was dependable as hell. So people don't think of him because he wasn't a "wow" guy at all. Got 1,000 yards like 2 yards at a time.

There's something to be said for a Mr. Dependable though.

He would have been a great compliment to a lightning runner. Running him on sweeps over and over was just dumb. He didn't have the speed for that. Carson needed to be slammed between the left tackle's left shoulder and the right tackle's right shoulder.

Agreed. Carson was dependable as hell, 3 yards at a time. RB I'd put gray, then Michael. Cmike is more talented and gifted, but didn't make the best use of them by being in the doghouse all the time, and gray was an excellent all around back that carried the load when the other running backs got hurt.

Yeesh, we are so thin at LB. Probably the most telling part of the last 15 years.

EDIT: I didn't read the whole thread. Looks like y'all already came to my brilliant conclusion
