I added a 2nd team.

I feel the same way about Goodson too. With that line though you just need a RB who is patient and could follow his blockers, which is what Gray was great at. Cyrus was fast too, he definitely had home run speed

I like Cyrus Gray from a production standpoint. But if I was building an All-Star team, I'd be tempted to roll the dice on Christine Michael instead.
Yes and no. He showed flashes and was a physical specimen, but on the field he was always out played by Gray.
Very similar to Trey & Goodson had different traits, but Malena and Lane always outplayed them.

I added a few in mine as well

Let's not forget the all-important SWGST (Scrappy White Guy Special Teamer)
Sam Moeller and Jordan Peterson both have cases

Should get some credit at CB for the play vs Mizzou alone.

05 was his last year if I remember correctly.
So who is the 2nd team QB?
Murray
Allen
Trill
Joeckel
Tannehill
Johnson
McGee

Has to be Tannehill. Only others with a shred of an argument are McGee and maybe Jerrod. Tannehill was a top 10 pick and our most gift pro style passer ever though by the time he was finished

Each player's best year. (blind test)
A) 3700 yards, 7.1 YPA, 62%, 29-15, 4 Rush TD
B) 2300 yards, 7.3 YPA, 62%, 12-2, 4 Rush TD
C) 3600 yards, 7.2 YPA, 60%, 30-8, 8 Rush TD

Goodson wasn't misused. His problem was he was the classic example of million dollar talent with a ten cent head.

Pretty sure A is Tanny and C is Jerrod

I didn't necessarily mean he was misused, but that he was always in the doghouse

Imo Daylon, Armani, and Kirk will be no brainiers when their careers w/ A&M are over. Also def Pat Lewis at center.

A little of both. I don't care how good you are. Option short side over and over isn't a great idea. Fran wasn't good about getting him the ball in space often enough. Same thing with Sumlin and Trey.

Yep

Probably Jonathan Stewart or Michael Hodges at MLB
Man... that they're on our 10-year All Star team is an indictment of our LB recruiting for a DECADE now.

This. He had the talent but is a dumbass.
Cyrus the Great is my vote for #1 overall because he is a true all-around running back, but FB or RB #2 has to be the Jorvorskie Lane Pain Train. He basically ate himself out of the position and was probably a member of the Choom Gang as well, but he came to play on game day with a vengeance. Guy was ultra-competitive and just angry.
