Not sure where you are getting your information but I haven't heard any of this. I have a family member close to the situation. Miles is out and Jimbo is the main target. There are no other names floating around right now that can be confirmed as being engaged, but there are rumors.
The main thing is that if Alleva gets rid of Les without having Jimbo locked in, Alleva could be out of a job as well. That's what I have been told anyway.

Would be a great hire. Chief can coach the linebackers but have Steele as LB coach in name only.

In town on Saturday, as in Baton Rouge? I will be. Tailgating at my buddy's spot by the Indian Mounds that him and his family have always tailgated at since he was little. He's from BR and his mom works for the campus parking office. He gets a free parking spot for the truck in the parking lot right behind the tailgate spot. Couldn't be any easier.

It means I'm still on paper (probation/parole) until March 31st of next year and I'm not allowed to leave the state without permission and going to a football game isn't a good enough reason for them to give me permission.
