Everything about that kid’s recruitment was so shady, he’s one of the few misses I don’t fault Sumlin on. Especially now that Ole Miss did get charged with a bunch of violations it’s obvious they probably offered him some extra to commit to them like a lot of other players.

I realize your comment was just a generalization that we need a better o-line, but I just wanted to say I’m not overly disappointed on missing out on him specifically.

We have had some poor o-line recruiting as of late, hope that starts to improve.

If we don't start winning more Greg Little type recruitments, the jimbo contract was a complete waste of money.

Daylon Mack, Kyler, Speedy Noil all cost big money. Kyler posting a pic of a texas jersey on instagram cost us damarkus lodge, and almost cost us daylon mack.

If you think Greg Little is an outlier for how 5 star recruitments go you aren't paying attention...

Ricky Seals Jones (eric dickerson's nephew) was offered 3/4 million to play at "another" SEC school, but he came to A&M for free bc he really liked the yell leaders.

His uncle finally paid his debt to us.

We didn't sign Greg little bc either his price was considered too high, or more likely, sumlins backing was limited.
