The same was true of Hill last year, he got pounded by MSU and OM and Bama.

Still doesn't change the fact that when he had time, he threw the ball poorly. Allen wasn't pressured on two of those picks.

he played worse yesterday than Kenny Hill ever did.

I don't think that is true.

There is a certain QB that passed for ~50% and threw 3 picks in a home loss that turned it around and finished strong. Its one game. Kyle has shown he can be a good to very good QB. I need a larger sample size before I give up on him.

Hill's only 3 INT game, MSU, saw two picks that were the fault of Boone Niederhoffer popping balls into the air.

You could argue Hill was "worse" against Bama last year, but the whole team quit early in that game.

I maintain that, given the fact that everyone around him was playing hard, that was worse.

I'm good.

I just enjoy stirring the pot every once in a while when I'm bored. I've been up here at work since 9 last night and still have at least 2 more hours left.

I think the pot is more than stirred.

More like pureed at this point

Sucks you have to work the weekend tho. Aggies running out of time on top of that just adds insult to injury

You know me better than this. I'm not serious. I saw someone post this same thread on TA and wanted to have some fun.

Problem identified

I love TA but even I avoid that place like the plague after an Aggie loss.

I have no dog in this fight but that is a horrible way of looking at it. Take Anthony Jennings and Brandon Harris for example. We all knew the future going forward was obviously Brandon Harris but we knew he wasn't ready last year. The coach is going to give yall the best possible chance to win and if thinks it's Kyle Allen I don't see what else you could do but trust in that and know he's putting yall in the best position to win. Our coaches know our players better than us no matter how plugged in we all are.
Eta: did not know you were joking... it just reminded me so much of the BH AJ arguments on the rant.

I am not sold on Allen being the answer. He is a poor man's Aaron Murray, can win you 9-10 games but will lose you the big ones.

I'm from the same hometown as Allen and he was the same way in HS. His senior year, he had a ~top100 6'5 230lb WR in Mark Andrews (OU TE now) and some other weapons but still underperformed for the HS level. His HS isn't a historical powerhouse but "#1 QB" + elite HS WR in Arizona should demand better.
