I feel like the real melt will start when Steele produces exactly what he has in the past.
Then the "Cupboard was bare" lines will come out. After year 2, if Miles hasn't been fired yet, Steele will be. Next comes my favorite "Ogeron recruited well, he just couldn't coach" followed by "These players have been ruined by Ogeron/Steele, we just need to clean house and start over".
