Read the books you lazies, and you never have to worry about a spoiler and can truly just enjoy the show. :double bird:

I've read the first four books, and am considering holding off on reading the third just so I can be surprised. It really does seem to make a difference. I read the reactions to the finale on the Hodor and Maester threads, and the difference in opinion was stark (pun intended). All the Hodors were completely blown away, while most of the maesters were nitpicking about certain things that got left out or weren't dealt with.
I think I'm just going to go Hodor for the rest of the series, then go back to the books once it's all done.

If it makes you feel any better, I still haven't started S04 yet
Spoilers don't bother me, though. I usually either forget them anyways, or I'm intrigued as to how said spoiler occurs. Enjoy it the same in either scenario.
