about a month ago he was either considered a really late 2nd round pick or someone who will go as an undrafted free agent. but apparently he is starting to see his stock rise after he did well in a workout with the Celtics against assumed top 10 pick jaylen brown and is now getting invited to a laker workout. hopefully he gets keeps doing well and gets drafted

Cal freshman Jaylen Brown worked out for the Celtics this week, but according to a source at the workout, it was Danuel House who stole the show, matching up nicely against Brown and showing he has the potential to be a steal as a 3-and-D wing in the second round.
House is a senior who has good size for a shooting guard (6-7) and developed a reputation as a relentless defender after transferring from Houston to Texas A&M as a junior. He helped the Aggies lock up LSU star Ben Simmons three times during the season, as Simmons averaged only 12.0 points and shot 35.5 percent from the field in those games. He shut down another potential first-rounder, Baylor’s Taruean Prince, in December, holding him to 2-for-8 shooting and only eight points.
But it was his play against Brown in Boston that generated some buzz about House this week. Brown is only 19 — House turns 23 this week — but against a younger talent, House looked like an NBA-ready defender.

love reading this. Another high character guy that loves being an aggie even though it wasnt his first choice.

Update. He's having a nice summer league and is in a good spot to fight for one of Washington's final roster spot

LAS VEGAS -- The book on Danuel House when this summer league ends will be this: The undrafted rookie out of Texas A&M is an NBA talent. Whether or not the Wizards give him a roster spot or create one to keep him is another matter.
“He can play in this league,” Wizards assistant coach Sidney Lowe said, after House had two clutch three-point shots to help erase a 17-point deficit in beating the Atlanta Hawks on Thursday. “He shoots the ball. He puts it on the floor for his size. He’s actually at a good size because of the way the game is today with people playing with stretch fours. He kind of fits that bill. The way he’s played out here, I think he has a very good chance of being on someone’s roster.”

Great for him. Don't think anyone needs to be reminded how much more money he will be making if he gets a roster spot over being put in the d league

What about caruso? any word on him? i imagine he would be a long shot at best since he can't really score.

Caruso and Jalen have had rough summer leagues. I don't think they are gonna make it

The Wizards have agreed to a two-year deal with undrafted free agent Danuel House, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical (via Twitter). House had played for Washington’s Summer League squad this month, but didn’t officially have a spot on the team’s 20-man fall roster.

He'll get to fall camp and we'll see what happens there but this is about as good as it could get for an UFA
