Bad news, guys

Sounds like we got Corey Nelson'd by Meacham. As of 3 PM today he was effectively our OC, but whether he was just working a raise from TCU, was serious but TCU threw in some sweetners or we didn't agree to some term of his he isn't coming now.
Everyone, and I do mean everyone, involved in this thought it was gonna happen. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. This was a last minute bailout.

Memo to (un)named and (un)reliable sources:
If you don't have a signed contract, then you don't have a deal. It's really that simple. Until that point, you are merely in talks. If you have a verbal agreement, then request immediate signing of said contract. If other party refuses, then you don't have a deal.
