Well lots of time any school gets a *3 he's always considered a "under the radar" or "diamond in the rough" or "5 star who slipped through the cracks" just read the SECrb. I hardly pay attention to star rating and make my own decisions on how good they are from their film.

Lol he is but we did have our biggest targets for the next two years come watch us get pounded by a team who annually comes into our backyard and plucks the players it wants from us. So he can be down as far as recruiting goes I guess
Dodson thinks we will land WR N'Keal Harry & CB Byron Murphy. Doesn't mean much to me but would be nice for him to be correct!

W/ 16-18 year olds I don't mind him being skeptical until pen meets paper. I try to be positive about it and I personally think we end up with a pretty good class that meets some needs but I figure if he wants to be upset about a home loss to bama with a ton of recruits in attendance, then have at it lol
I'm with you though. I've heard good things from different people and with the atmosphere at the game being the way it was I can see why recruits would want to play for us

Hey now, id say I've handled the loss quite well. Especially in comparison to a lot of posters.
As for my recruiting remark, it was mainly in jest. I have no doubt we will end up with a good class. The problem is there will be more than a couple sec squads that end up with great classes, and we missed a huge opportunity with a lot of attention this past weekend.
Also, of course these ratings are to be taken with a grain of salt, but I'm also pretty sure the squads winning national titles aren't made up of majority 3 star classes. And to sumlins credit I don't think any of his previous classes here have been either. Just this one, but there's still a lot of time left and half a season of football.

Irv smith thinks we land both AZ kids and betiku. They've discussed living arrangements.
Betiku is a ucla commit but not from cali, and I don't think he sticks there.

Texags reporter Jacob Kristen makes a very positive post about his supposed conversation with a star recruit after the game. Makes it sound like he is considering flipping from UCLA.
Said star recruit then takes a screenshot and posts it on Twitter saying he never talked to Texags or said anything of the sort to anyone.

Texags released a report about how they spoke with betiku after his visit and how much he enjoyed it. He took a screenshot of said report and tweeted that he never spoke with Texags
