As soon as UK beats LSU in softball it switches over in time to see Nick's big fly clear the RF fence.

1-0 Ags, B2, 0 outs.

From Kendall

RHP Kyle Simonds doing a nice job of moving his 88-90 FB around the zone. Showing nice feel for a 82-84 CH.

Banks looked at one up and in. May or may not have been a strike, but it was a hell of a pitch.

On another note, we are half way through the season. Can we all please STFU about the balls being different. I'm so sick and tired of play by play and color guys talking about it. You have no idea if a certain hit would have been cut off or not because of a slight change in the height of the seems. At this point it doesn't matter and isn't interesting anyway.

Looks like he just misplayed it to me. He's never been a strong fielder.

That error and hit lead to a run. This poor defense is eventually going to come back and get us.

And as I type they bunt him home. 2-2 tie.

We need Simons to get through the 5th. His count is up to 76 with only 1 out.

Great battling right there. Probably time to give it up to the pen. He's at about 80 in his first start.

A run or two here would be nice to let him be the pitcher of record.
