Partner in a capital firm and laid the groundwork to resurrect ETSU football from scratch. It was his willingness to work with them and his connections in the college sports world that got them everything from the money to the coach they needed to get their program started again. And FWIW, starting a program from scratch is no small feat.

Can we take a minute to speak on how insane it is that the poster named TSIO or whatever it is is commending Dooley for stabilizing the program and roster? Claiming he left good players for Butch and specifically referencing the Oline?

To be fair, he did leave a couple NFL linemen in Knoxville for their senior year, but ZERO skill players.
