Woody Womacks is a lame duck when it comes to recruiting rankings so I'm not surprised.

If you have a 247 membership, go to the Florida page and read the thread: QB Jones Update or something like that. They thought he was all but wrapped up, the UF guy sounds like he's wavering now on how much of a lock he is and that he may return back to Cali uncommitted

Luke Stampini said that if Jones is going to pull the trigger today, he thinks it'll be done in the next hour. Apparently it'll be a surprise if he leaves uncommitted

Just talked to Jones about being his top school and he said it all goes back to the Vols staying with him through high school and into junior college. He said he's built a strong relationship with Stripling and Jones and has become really close with them. Alabama is second and he said his friendship with guys that were at East Mississippi last year, DJ Pettway and Jarron Reed is part of it as well as getting to know the staff more on a trip recently. He will visit USC in two weeks he said and is looking forward to that trip. His timetable is still late in the fall and he plans in taking all five official visits. He said he knows Auburn, Florida State and Tennessee will all receive official visits.

Rico McGraw returning to Tennessee for the second time in less than two months offered further evidence that the Top247 defensive back from Nashville’s Ensworth High School still is giving the Vols strong consideration. It was particularly beneficial for UT to get McGraw on campus again with Cameron Ordway, who grew up with McGraw in Pulaski, Tenn., and remains one of his close friends. Tennessee still appears to be one of the teams to beat — if not the favorite — for Ordway, although the list of teams pursuing him has continued to grow over the past couple of months.

I can't wait until we flip Rico. Especially after all the shite the UGA posters said about Tennessee when he committed.

I'm pumped. Are you saying that because of the Callahan CB? He's usually on the money

I noticed Ainge just started following Tuttle and Dormady on twitter.

By the way, when did you find out this info about Dormady?

Not quite
Ainge and my uncle are good friends so I just text him and see if he can get Eric to give up the goods. He normally comes through

I like this kids' film. And I like his footwork/balance (apparently the evaluators don't) in the pocket and think his delivery could use a little tweaking.

My obvious amateur evaluating skills aside, is Texas a concern if they come after this kid hot and heavy?

Edit: god damn Cromp kills me...is there a thread he won't try and troll?

I think Dormady has pretty good potential. He has very good speed for his size and a nice arm. He missed his entire junior season with a torn labrum which is why he is rated so low on Rivals. He is 100% healthy now and the offers started rolling in about a month ago. FWIW, he's the #5 pro style QB in the country according to 247.

And I don't think we have Texas to worry about. They actually stole 4* Zach Gentry out from under us a while back so they probably won't come after Dormady.

Cromp is the man.
