What the frick? I will never understand a football player at Tennessee putting himself in this kind of position.

we are loaded at wr, but for the guys saying how does a fb player put theirself in that position... these are college kids. He may not have did anything but piss some cleat chaser off. Wait until the facts come out. These athletes are getting vag thrown at them, who would turn it down if you were them? There are just shitty people out there looking to hurt you sometimes "if he didnt actually rape anyone"

That "rape" word isn't good. If this fricker actually raped someone, he should be punished to the fullest extent possible. Let's hope that isn't the case.

As usual I will withhold judgement until we know what happened. If he did it I hope he gets hammered by the law.

Pretty much this. The fact they're using rape instead of 'sexual assault' makes it plain.

Innocent until proven guilty. Interesting that Pig and some others were listed as witnesses

Sounds like there was a small gathering of people. Pig and the others are likely only witnesses to before and after the fact. IOW, 'yeah I saw him and her at X apt. We were all hanging out. He was behaving this way and she was behaving this way..' and so on.

No. There were 6 witnesses (5 guys and 1 woman). I seriously doubt this took place in front of 6 people. The witnesses in a case like this simply establish the timeline, place, confirm or disprove certain statements and give police info. If anyone participated they'd have been named as a suspect as well.

I don't get it either. I will never understand why a football player at a fricking SEC school would ever want to or need to resort to raping a woman. It just blows my mind.

On top of that, Pearson was on the path to doing nothing with his fricking life. He had shite grades out of HS and received zero offers because of that. He was working at a McDonald's in the middle of nowhere and happened to take the order of a former HS coach who decided he wanted to help Pearson out and the coach hooked him up with a relatively unknown juco. Tennessee finds him and that's that.

It's even crazier to me to see a guy throw away a 4 year college degree and potentially an NFL career when he was at rock bottom less than two years ago.
