Cal is a sub par in game coach and his strategy of basically reloading the program every 8 months will never work consistently, as far as national championships are concerned. He will continue to be outclassed by better coaches with more cohesive, well rounded, and experienced teams unless he has a truly transcendent talent on his roster (i.e. Anthony Davis).

I agree his style will never see back to back championships because every time he gets a championship the entire team will bolt. His only shot is for them to lose in the final four to keep some players still hungry for another shot and come back. His teams will always be loaded with talent and have a championship caliber team every other year or so.
