WR Alex Montgomery is now in. 
Just waiting on Thomas and Kemp of the known verbal commits. Hatcher announces at 3:00 pm. And rumor has it there's a couple more in the balance.

I am worried about kemp a little. Rowland tweeted he'd be surprised if we have more than 22 LOIs in today. If kemp and hatcher are the two, no surprises. Or something else is going on.

I'm not sure if someone got to Kemp but when he signed he said that he was going to "shock the world" then he chose kentucky. I'm not sure if he feels like he's 100% commited in his own mind.

Per Rivals, apparently Kemp wasn't set to turn his LOI until 11:00 am EST. It could just be taking a bit to cross the compliance desk so to speak.
Bho, I have a feeling one will come later this week when UK gets news whether Hearns qualifies.

Cats pick up the LOI from 4-Star DE, Jason Hatcher, out of Trinity-Louisville.
I'm so glad that it's finally official.
Pretty crazy to recruit a kid away from his hometown team that's coming off of an OrangeBowl victory as well as USC, even though that ship is sinking.

My guess is they're waiting to see if Hearns can qualify at the last minute. And like Mike said, Lawson is in for a visit this weekend so there's him. You figure that last scholarship could be for just about anything.
