Too distracted today.

Yep.

Kentucky wasn't even an option for Hatcher or Timmons before Stoops arrived. He's doing work.

ETA: Looks like if Hatcher commits we'll move up to #22 in Rivals rankings.

Smart move going into Ohio heavy...hard to believe how many prior Kentucky football coaches have overlooked opportunity there.

No reason Kentucky cannot be better than Louisville in football.

Stoops recruiting better than anyone in Kentucky sure has ever seen. Will be interesting to watch them over the next few years.

No easy games in the SEC.

Hatcher to Kentucky is now apparently being reported by ESPN and ESPN Radio.

So, so excited right now. Between this and the young talent we have on the roster on offense I'm

I said when they were hiring that should be focus of whoever they hired. Looks like it's working.

Just looked at the class a little deeper. UK has the highest rated player from Cardinal Mooney, which is a pretty big deal since there are about 4 or 5 current college HCs that went there, and this Stoops is the least tenured HC.

I did hear a B1G commentator on the Solid Verbal last week talk about how Pellini is having trouble recruiting Cardinal Mooney.

Stoops and Vince Marrow, our tight ends coach, both attended Cardinal Mooney.

I knew Stoops did. Didn't know about the other one. But it's big time to beat out Nebraska for that kid. They offerred, and the Pellini's were at the HS around the same time as the Stoops.

So yeah, 4 current and 1 former NCAA HC from there.

Yeah, Marrow was at Nebraska before he came to UK which helped flip McWilson.

McWilson was a big get.

Rashaad Samples would be a huge flip if we can pull him from Okie Lite too. Don't know if it'll happen or not, but one can hope.

Holy shite, Hatcher news is really picking up. Matt Jones on KSR had been saying for weeks do not be surprised if Hatcher is seriously thinking about being a Cat.

Word is, Stoops and staff last week walked into Trinity all geared up in Kentucky Nike gear during lunch and they acted like they owned the place...made a huge impression with the Trinity coaching staff and Hatcher. Made it clear to Hatcher is wanted in Lexington and to come and be a hero!

Top 25 class...here we come...get Hatcher and Lawson!

I have a feeling we end up pulling some 3-star guys in that we hadn't planned on.

There's some Louisville fans here getting nervous about Quick because he's upset over his buddy not getting an offer that he was led to believe would happen. I'm not saying he comes to Kentucky but I would laugh my arse off if he flips elsewhere tomorrow.

I don't pay attention to ESPN recruiting, but someone linked this on Twitter and it shows Hatcher as already being committed.

SVP announced it during his broadcast. I think they're all getting the news from Rowland over at Rivals though.

What a job by Stoops. Even if Hatcher were to change his mind again. He has come in and changed the attitude and sold his arse off. If he can coach, we are going to be in really good shape.
