He was suspended early this year for fighting his coaches and then the state championship fiasco. Are y’all concerned at all you are getting a problem child for the locker room?

Why the continuance of LSU fans melting if he's not worth it?

I’m good with it. I believe his coaches were on the take, and UGA kinda messed that up.

Don’t associate those fans that make stupid threads here with all LSU fans. I down vote these as well.

We’re not even 100% sure he signed with us. I also doubt anyone here gives a damn about this. If he signed with your school it wouldn’t matter one bit. You would be celebrating. If he did sign with us and causes problems, he will be gone.

Be awesome if he signed with Kansas. Couldn't think of a better fit

Not at all. If he is a problem, fine we have plenty of top ten backs ( in their class). If not, we signed the #14 player in the country.

There are obvious maturity issues, but sometimes player/coach relationships can deteriorate to pretty unworkable levels when you have multiple big egos involved. Hopefully that’s what this is because simply being removed from that situation can help a lot.

UGA needs to vet this thoroughly, but he hasn’t done anything that I would call a deal breaker. Anything that’s public knowledge, anyway.

Where's that idiot LSU fan who has a brother on the Northshore staff? He was super fricking confident Evans was signing with LSU.

He seems like the kind of problematic player that we don't need.

I’ll proceed with caution but he’ll either get his act straight at UGA or he’ll be in the portal after a year.

UGA doesn't need a 5* back with Swift and Herrien leaving?

Will always take top-notch depth as would anyone. But it isn’t like the RB room is hurting with Zamir White, James Cook, Kenny McIntosh, and Kendall Milton...all very highly rated backs.

None of those backs are proven and Zamir has injury concerns. I'd say Evans and Milton were must haves for this class.

We have the perfect coach to help him out. Dell McGee coached Isaiah Crowell in high school.

LOL, how funny would the response be if we actually landed him by stupid fucing fans like the op! Sorry for this guys, some of our fans are just idiots and embarrassing to most of us especially on this board.
Not one of these "LSU"fans wouldn't be gloating over the fact we got Evans if the tables were turned. Good pick up and good luck.

Nick Chubb had injury concerns in 2016 as well. We never thought he would be the same. Turned out pretty good I’d say. RB depth is about the least of Georgia’s concerns these days.
