Louisiana’s top-ranked LB Michael Divinity took his second official visit this weekend, flying out to Oregon after he had gone with his family to Texas A&M. A source close to Divinity said the four-star linebacker actually enjoyed Oregon more than TAMU, but followed that up by saying LSU would have to really stumble to lose him right now. Divinity’s long talk with the staff after the Auburn game leaves them feeling very confident right now. I’m a bit surprised that the intel has matched up across the board, because I really thought the Aggies would be in it until he announced in November or December, but I’m told right now by multiple people that LSU has a good lead in the race for his services.

Looking good for us if it was a LSU-Oregon battle.

3 of the 5 had charges dropped. Look up why Jennings and company was arrested. It was a dumbass move and should've been handled differently but they had a reason to do what they did.

A lot of the recruits raved about Oregon even tho they got the ever living shite beat out of them. If a sec team was beat that bad at home they would lose half the committs that attended

I'm not surprised. Oregon has state of the art everything thanks to Nike. That has a way of catching the eye of 18 year old kids.
There's still a reason 90% of players from the South end up staying down here despite all that cool shite, and Oregon put that on display Saturday.

Very good point. Oregon's only pipeline is basically Hawaii. I always wondered why they never really pulled a lot of 5 stars tho. They have world class facilities and they are a winning program. You would think they could steal a couple kids from the sec every year

We've probably got 10 guys from SEC country on the roster. We're always the bridesmaid due to distance.
This cycle has been our best in terms of actually getting kids to trip. It's really high risk, high reward though.
Also, our pipeline is NorCal, Hawaii, and we pull from Nevada/Arizona often. I don't see us really developing "pipelines" anyway because we've basically gone nationwide.

I know for a fact A&M is the team to beat with him.
Care to elaborate? That's a stronger statement than I've read about him before.

I think the 5 days silence since you asked the question should tell us all something

Every one with a inside connection (247 mods, Jimmy smith) say that A&M is not even the biggest threat to lose him to. He will be enrolled at LSU in January

Not really surprised if that's the case.

Mizzou is trying to get him to visit with Caron Baham, a WR teammate of his thats committed to Mizzou, but its considered a real long shot.

Don't wander over to these boards very much brah.
But seeing as ya'll are about to lose a lot of recruits, I understand your frustration.
It's really simple. I happen to know. Things can change, but right now as long as A&M doesn't poop themselves it's a done deal.
Texas has played their way out. I'm not gonna name names, and I'm not going to say he is a silent commit, because he certainly isn't, but A&M is the team to beat. This comes from the closest of people.

Wat?
Ive never thought we had a shot at divinity. The best thing Ive heard that helps us is he wants to play with another commit of ours. Not saying that guy wont go elsewhere as well, but hes solid atm.
What are you talking about us losing a lot of recruits?
Have Bama fans stooped to talking shite to Arkansas fans about recruiting? Thats sad, son
