Everything from our end before the season had him favoring Texas slightly, but that might have changed considering how they've started. He was at our game this past weekend I think. If they're as shitty as they look I wouldn't be surprised if it's us vs yall for him too

We were a long shot with him. I think the fact that we aren't getting an official even though he has one to spare says we are completely out of it

Linebackers just don't want to come play in a 4-2-5.

You have him mixed up with McCullough.

Divinity has always been a LSU favorite.

McCullough = texas favorite

both now are favoring ags since the ASU game

I don't think we miss on divinity because he has a better opportunity to start year 1 at LSU than anywhere else. He also wants to play in a 3-4 and according to the Aggies LSU is no question moving to a 3-4. Whether or not it happens idk but nobody but the staff knows that. McCulloch likes us for the same reason he just doesn't have as much as a connection to La like divinity.

Two top notch LBers are going to A&M because yall beat a middle of the pack PAC12 school by 3 scores. Ok buddy

FWIW, apparently McCullough has a lot more interest in LSU than people think. I don't know too much on Divinity, but his coach is extremely pro LSU. With our lack of depth, I can't see him going elsewhere.

It's almost like you read Hamm and take it for the Bible.

reading the aggie 247 is entertainment

his interviews, stories, and horribly slanted perspective is hilarious

It's kind of sad since 247 itself is a great site. I wish the larger site would do something about it and push him out but I guess he still has a strong enough subscription base. I don't love TexAgs but it is markedly better and more professional (though still homerish, but all home sites are to some degree). They could use some legit competition though

I agree. Overall, the layout is great and most of the subsites for each school is pretty good in the SEC. They could use much better basketball coverage, though.

Has to be the only reason. It's amazing how many people view him the same way you do within your own fan base and beyond.

Does Hamm run the gigem247 site? I keep hearing he has zero ties to A&M and has been "cut off" I ask because I just assume that all the moderators for the individual 247 sites have some sort of affiliation with the school.

I think he is only a mod on the 247 site for the aggie affiliate. And yes, rumor is he doesn't have full access. He's basically a writer for 247 without any real credentials.

FWIW on McCullough form our end - while we are still pushing, it looks like we put the full court press on Rahshaun Smith from IMG now:

Jimmy Details on LSU and IMG LB Rashaun Smith

Certainly wouldnt mind pulling Saivion Smith, Shavar Manuel and Rashaun SMith from IMG.

This was actually a rare thread between LSU and A & M posters where both sides maintained civility and admitted, albeit grudgingly, that the other has a good shot at landing a top recruit that both want and need. No Chavis shite show. Then somehow Hamm got mentioned and it went all to hell. :(
