I have some info on the ESTL kids. I know someone who would know, and Mizzou is WAY out in front and a commitment is possible Tuesday.

Wiltfong is one of the few people in the recruiting industry who is actually competent at his job. He's had him pegged for USC for a while now.

Yeah it would be great if we got him but not holding my breath. That is unless something changes over these days while hes at Mizzou.

Don't believe me then. Read the OP. Larry Thornton knows a lot more about the local STL kids than any national writer. Especially considering Beckner rarely talks.

Wiltfong is legit. He's the one guy that I listen to when he makes predictions. He doesn't make them on a whim that's for sure.

from what I've gathered he grew up an SC fan and he's friends with Adoree which should help our cause. Whomever gets him is getting a great talent.

247 coverage of Mizzou is not very good. He is only about 50% correct on Mizzou related predictions. Got Wingo right, will get Strong right, but missed on Bauer and Brandon Lee.
As noted above the USC talk is from an interview awhile back where he said that was his favorite school growing up. Now that he is starting to make plans and travelling, it appears being that far from home is sinking in. According to most local posters with possible connections, Mizzou is currently in the lead. Most think he will be a late commitment though so a lot can change. You never know though, he could get caught up in the action tomorrow while at MU.

He may be right, but if he's making that prediction almost a year ago...he's just guessing. There's was ZERO inside knowledge or information to support it. Now, he might turn out to be a very good guesser but I'll sit back and wait and see.
