Was Keith Marshall not a 5* in 2012 or was he considered an APB?

No Dalvin Cook ?

Overall, I would say 2014 had a pretty strong class of Running backs.

Racean Thomas was the only true bust in the group.

If he is using Rivals' rankings they break up the RBs into two groups, Running Backs and All-Purpose Backs.

Cook may be in the other one.

Thx

The 2014 class gets even better when you include the All-Purpose Backs.

1 Joe Mixon RB Oklahoma
2 Dalvin Cook RB Florida State
3 Christian McCaffrey RB Stanford

I think 2011 has them beat by the amount of 5* guys that didn't live up to the hype.

The number of busts in those years is staggering. Yeldon, Gurley, Chubb, Derrick Henry, and a few others are about the only true great college players on those lists.

I don't know about Rivals but 247 had him classified as an APB and he's only doing the RB rankings.

247 has him listed as their #1 RB in 2013, composite #5 in the nation.

They have their links mixed up and you have to go about the RB rankings a different way, not by clicking on his "5" ranking on his profile.

Almost every top all purpose back end up as a true RB. That category should be shite canned. If the sites are uncertained they should just list them as an athlete.
