As if people didn't know the Clay Travis guy (who I had really never heard of until this past year) is an idiot.

question for auburn fans regarding his recruitment. why were you guys trying to sell him on the star position when he is likely to get up to around 250 in college with his frame? ive been trying to look back and most of the ellis johnson 'spur' or 'star' players were smaller than evans already is

I think every fan base has this situation eventually.
Foster was an odd bird at times so I'm not sure it was such a drama over him leaving.
Evans however? That truly might be comparable down the road to Carnell in that sense.

She didn't looked pissed to me. She looked like she was really to fight anyone that had anything to say about her son. Her expression looked like, "ok this is his decision, so mind your own business, and leave my son alone".

I'm pumped he chose Bama, but what exactly were they expecting having a presser at Auburn HS and then committing to Bama? Of course everyone was gonna be pissed, if they didn't want that reaction, he should have held his presser somewhere else.

Were you there? I know it is a high school kid and he may have been doing stupid stuff but unless you were there I wouldn't throw stones.
