That leaves a huge talent gap between UT and the other top teams in the SEC. You have to level the playing field as far as talent and that will take more than one or two top five classes. When UGA, LSU , UF and BAMA have been pulling top 5 for a few years. Good luck but it is going to take awhile to become competitive in the SEC.

Seems everybody in Oklahoma (people that have ACTUALLY seen the kid play) feels he's very over-rated.
He's definitely not the #1 QB in this class...not even in the state of Oklahoma...that would be Justice Hansen.I think OU knows a little about QB's...i'd trust their judgement on this one too.
Scout rankings (especially this early) don't mean a thing...i'm surprised some of you are basing your opinion stricly off of that...when's the last time a #1 QB panned out and won a National Championship?

Even though he does seem to ruffle some feather, I agree with MSfootball. No way Cornwell is the best QB in the nation.
