Angling for an LSU offer for his Arky commit teammate. LSU will get both of them (don't know why we haven't offered the teammate yet anyway).

Shows how much you know because the most baffling part of him decommitting from LSU is that fact that he has stated that he does not like Chavis

So, I am officially confused.

Where has he stated this before? I'm not saying he didn't, I'm just curious.

This, and committing early messed up his announcement plans. De'jon is good enough for an offer anyway. Our 247 is saying he has always wanted to do an announcement and kinda jumped the gun after a good OV. Sauces expect him to recommit to LSU, but they admit this came out of the blue and that's never a good sign.

Will be an Aggie. What's the point in choosing LSU at this point? If he does recruiting just shows how much this has turned to shite.

That's exactly what kids do these days, drum up attention. Doesnt seem anyone feels he's really going to commit to A&M, just wants a big day for his annoucement.

In all honesty if it was anyone BUT A&M I'd be actually worried, he seemed to just brush off A&M a lot in his recruitment despite the constant press.

That's the new cool thing for recruits to do.... guys that have been committed for a while still want that attention so they build drama late in the process.

Eason did it... marlon Davidson just did it.

The attention whoring and trolling from recruits is at an all time high and will only increase moving forward. It is what it is.

Someone from A&M may have recently told him they were offering De'jon. I'm not a poster with "sources" I'm just guessing

I understand where Mike is coming from if that's the case, I just hope we offer De'jon too because he's a good LB and we desperately need good LB's.

The only reason im still optimistic about signing him is because our mods still seem to be getting positive info. From the outside, this looks terrible.

This is the main reason I quit following recruiting once I left school. It's become way to much of a soap opera for my liking.

It's not all the recruits fault. Recruiting services have steadily increased and every time one of these teenagers picks their nose there is three threads started on it. I don't like it and if the people, besides the schools, giving them attention would stop giving them attention i bet it would stop.
