Former News 5 Player of the Year and McGill-Toolen standout Jason Smith was arrested this (Sunday) morning and charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of attempting to elude police.
Smith was booked into Mobile Metro Jail just before 3:00am. He has since bonded out.

That's what I was thinking, it's like they chased him, got him, cuffed him, had him sit on the curb, but then he got up and took off again.

Looks like he most likely isn't a QB anyway. Shade under 6' tall. Take away hair and shoes and u are looking at a 5' 11" QB. WR all day.

Not fair to compare the two. While he may have been involved in the knock out game and robbery, Saban has instilled too much respect for authority for him to attempt to elude police once, much less twice.
