Our Rivals guys keep mentioning that we are in it and he COULD come here, but that they wouldn't bet on it.
Unless we backed up a dump truck of cash to him I can't see him coming here. But it would be great for him to help open The Pavilion.

Need more than Newman & Kosango to be in the tourney. With both MSU will be in the back end of the top 10 in the league.

Malik will be at State for only one year but the thing that most State fans are excited about is that Ben is going to be recruiting and bringing in top talent for years to come. Malik was never seriously considering coming to MSU with Rick Ray here and Ben has only been here a month and looking like he will pull the top PG in this class as well as a very good PF in Kasongo

Sword is so underrated. He scored 16 a game in SEC play with a bum back, in an awful offensive system and as the only player on the team who could score outside of Gavin Ware who for some reason never got passed the ball.

Well no shite. Rick Ray sucked. Malik should have been y'all's from day one, but Ray was so bad that he didn't even seem to look at State.

Our team had a tendency to overlook shite teams last year. Laid some eggs against horrible schools, like Mississippi State.
But back to what I said, Craig Sword is nothing more then a role player. He put up average numbers on an absolutely horrendous team. For the season, Sword put up 3 less points then Keith Hornsby did. Keep in mind that Keith wasn't even our third option at times. That's shite.

You do realize he averaged five minutes a game in non conference because he had back surgery just before the season right? Because when he got healthy he averaged 16 a game in SEC play, but I guess that is "average".
