Damn. The first post is an LSU fan diminishing the kids talent because he's from Louisiana and chose to leave. I wish I could say I was surprised.
What? All he said was that he would be 10th on our board at WR which is true.
the point is that LA is loaded at WR this year.

There's a laundry list of reactionary posts from some LSU fans over in-state kids leaving. Clearly there are more talented players in Louisiana that LSU would have rated higher, but the first reponse in this thread screams insecurity.
What's the point of telling everyone where LSU had him rate, right out of the gate? It would be one thing if the thread was intended as a flame. It just gets old on this board.

I guess you could say he chose to leave versus playing at LaTech or Tulane or ULL. But it's not like he chose Tennessee over LSU. Don't let the fact that no one heard of this kid until he committed to Tennessee get in the way of you trying to bash LSU fans though.
He also has offers from Georgia and Arky, so other program obviously see something as well

So now being honest is reactionary? I have literally never heard of this kid

He's from one of the top 5 programs in the state, an hour away from me, and I've never heard of him.
Good news for Tennessee is Evangel teaches the spread when they're in diapers. So you should not be getting a raw/project player. He should run crisp routes and likely have good hands. Congrats on the pickup.

When will LSU play Tennessee next?

Corey played at Calvary in middle school thru 9th grade. Left in summer right before soph season and transferred to Evangel. He played QB as well as some receiver and DB. Played some wildcat QB last year at Evangel as well as receiver. He's a good athlete but I wouldn't say he's SEC caliber. Needs to put on a good bit of weight too.
